Older appraisals lose influence evenly. Example with 0.25: newest 1.00, next 0.75, next 0.50, then it stops at the minimum weight.

Same Evaluator Role

Decay is applied only within repeated appraisals under the same role for the same appraisee. Then role weighting is applied.

Min Time Weight

Lowest influence an older appraisal can keep. Example 0.50 means old rows never fall below 0.50.
